Mongoose Metrics has the ability to route any phone call to a specific destination number depending on the caller's state, zip code, area code, or call time. Users can configure their destination routing in the Dashboard system to direct the caller to a specific location depending on the marketer's business needs.
For example, if a call is placed in the middle of the night EST, the company may want to a direct the calls received during this time-range to a call center that can be answered by a live representative.
To configure Destination Routing:
From the "Campaigns" tab, click "Edit Campaign"
Click the Campaign Options heading and select "Enable Destination Routing"
Choose the type of destination routing: Caller State, Caller Zip Code, Caller Area Code, or Called Time. Fill in the radio button and click "Submit"
Once destination routing has been enabled, calls are immediately filtered based on the new settings.
Note: Caller State, Caller Zip Code, or Caller Area Code can contain more than one filter separated by commas. For multiple entries, separate each new filter with a comma and no spaces. When entering the destination number, do not enter any special characters.
For Example: The filter below shows destination routing configured for caller area code.
