Enter the email address and assigned password into the appropriate fields and click "Login"
Call Recordings are stored in the "Call Detail Report" tab within the “Destination #” field. Click on the red circle & arrow icon listed within the individual call. If the red circle and arrow icon does not appear, call recording has not been enabled for the campaign.
After Clicking on the Red Circle & Arrow, the installed media player will launch and begin playing the call. Download the call recording through the media player at this point to have the ability to attach the recording to an email.
