Within the Mongoose Metrics Dashboard, it is possible to configure a post call notification that sends an email after each call on a campaign.
To configure the post call notification, log into the Mongoose Metrics Dashboard and go to the "Campaigns" tab.
Choose the Campaign to add a post call notification to, click "Edit Campaign" next to the Campaign Name
Under Campaign options click on "Configure Post Call Email Notification"
Enter a call duration filter for the email (in seconds), choose the email recipient along with any copies or BCC's, enter an email status and enable the notification. Click "Submit"
After each call, an email notification is sent from MongooseMetrics.com with the following data:
- Call Time
- Unique Call ID
- Incoming Caller Number
- Tracking Number
- Destination Number
- Call Duration
- Caller Name (if applicable)
- Caller state
- Caller Zip
- Caller Time Zone
- Keyword (if applicable)
- Keyword Type (if applicable)
- Call Recording URL (if applicable)
