Navigate to the Campaigns tab and click "Edit" below the Campaign Name
Click on the Campaign Options heading and select "Configure Extensions" from the drop down.
This feature allows you to create a Phone Extensions menu at the beginning of the call, to allow you to route to specific destination numbers based on what numbers the caller enters into the phone. On the Extensions creation screen, there are two option of how to enter in the Extensions rules, either by manual entry or a CSV upload. The Extension rules are what dictate where a call is sent to if certain digits are entered into the phone. For example “Enter 1 for sales or 2 for support.”
For the manual entry option, click on the Update tab Then for each option, first enter the digits to be entered by the caller on their phone and then the destination number they will be routed to upon completion of this phone entry. A new field for another extension will appear after editing the current one. Once this is complete, click on Submit.
For the CSV upload, the proper format of the file should be the extension entries in the first column, and then the destination numbers in the second column. Once “Submit” is clicked, on the next screen, is where this file will be uploaded.
To have the feature fully enabled you will need to click on the IVR tab and put a check in the "Enable IVR Sessions" box. If you wish to customize the message played to the caller once they dial a number from this campaign, a message in WAV format will need recorded and can be uploaded by clicking on the "Browse.." button in the Sound File field.
Note: If no entry is made by the caller, they are routed to the Default Destination Number set on the Edit Campaign screen.
Update or add more extensions: In order to edit a current extension go to the Update Tab and enter in the extension you want to update, like you are entering a new one, then put the new destination number in and it will update that extension. To add more extensions use a new extension number (one that is not in your current list)
Deleting Extensions: To delete a current extension go to the Current Extensions tab and click on the X next to the extension that you want to remove.
