Mongoose Metrics allows their clients to set up and configure session campaigns directly through the Mongoose Metrics Dashboard interface.
Log into the Mongoose Metrics Dashboard and navigate to the main “Campaigns” tab. Click on “Create AccuTrack SPC Campaign” to begin the creation process.
Enter the “Campaign Name” and “Default Destination Number”. The “Campaign Name” is used to describe the campaign’s marketing effort and the “Default Destination Number” is the phone number where Mongoose routes any phone calls to the campaign’s tracking numbers.
Choose the “Tracking Number Type” as either “Tollfree USA” or “Local”. The current Toll-free numbers in the Mongoose inventory begin with the following prefixes: 866, 855, and 877
If this campaign will contain local numbers, choose “Local USA” as the “Tracking Number Type”. As for requesting the local numbers that you desire, you will need to choose between matching the destination number or zipcode you provide. If you would like to choose destination number, Mongoose will assign tracking numbers local to the specified destination number. If you would like to choose zipcode, Mongoose will assign tracking numbers local to the specified zipcode. Mongoose will attempt to provision numbers local to the NPA/NXX of the specified number. The campaign will be assigned tracking numbers that are within a 10 mile radius of matching rate centers.
Note: In the case there are not enough local numbers in the Mongoose inventory to meet the order, Mongoose Support will be notified along with the account’s Sales Rep.
Enter the “Campaign Keyword Tracking” as either PPC, Organic, or PPC & Organic. Note that choosing to track both PPC & Organic will result in more clicks and will require more tracking numbers than tracking only one type of traffic.
Choose the “Region Type” as either “National” or “Local”. Choose “National” if your campaign will focus on clicks across the United States and choose “Local” if the campaign will focus on one specific region.
Estimate the average monthly click amount and enter it into the field labeled “Please Enter Avg Monthly Click Amount”. Based on this field entry and current billing rates, Mongoose Metrics will display the following information regarding the new campaign: Amount of Numbers, Current Monthly Cost, Addition’s Charge, and Adjusted Monthly Cost.
Click “Create AccuTrack SPC Campaign”, and the new campaign will be live immediately and ready for configuration.
