Mongoose Metrics undergoes a rigorous process in blocking and identifying spam calls across campaigns and accounts. After a tracking phone number is assigned to a campaign, an algorithm determines whether the call is from a spammer based on the frequency and length of calls, and if this number has called across many Mongoose campaigns within a short period of time, amongst other actors. Once a number is identified as a spammer, it will be prompted during a call to "press 1 to continue" to filter out automated messages.
The owner of a campaign can be identified as a potential spammer due to heavy testing on the account. In the case of a wrongfully identified spammer, white list the phone number by submitting a support ticket by emailing email@example.com. List the incoming Caller IDs that need to be added to the white list as well as the account/company name as it appears in the Mongoose Metrics system.
