To test a destination number, place a call to the tracking number to ensure it is forwarding correctly. After the call rings several times and/or been answered, Mongoose Metrics logs the call into the Dashboard system. Please wait up to five minutes for the call to appear in the Call Detail Report. Note: if you have updated your destination number, this modification can take 5-10 minutes to reflect in the call logs.
To view the test call, open the campaign and navigate to the "Call Detail Report" tab.
If the call does not appear, change the call Duration to 0 seconds (by default the Duration is set to 45 seconds). In the case of any issues, submit a support ticket with Mongoose Metrics for assistance: http://support.mongooseportal.com/
