Mongoose Metrics allows customers to block incoming phone numbers at the account level or campaign level. To block a phone number at the campaign level, follow the instructions at the following knowledge base article: https://support.mongooseportal.com/entries/24755338-How-to-Block-a-Spam-Caller-from-a-Campaign
To block a phone number at the account level:
Click on the "Account" tab and then "Call Blocking":
Enter the incoming number and click "Add Call Blocking Filter". You can also block specific area codes by only entering three digits.
Once you enter the incoming number, all future calls from the specific number will be blocked.
