A campaign pause will pause number replacement from occurring on the campaign, however if someone calls a tracking number, calls will still connect. You may want to pause a campaign if you are testing and not ready to go live, or do not want number replacement to occur for a duration of time. Pausing a campaign does not pause billing, terminate billing, or remove assigned tracking numbers.
To pause your campaign log into your dashboard and click in Edit Campaign.
Click on the Campaign Options heading and select "Pause Campaign" from the drop down.
Click on Update Campaign
When you are ready to resume your campaign click on the Campaign Options heading and select "Resume Campaign" from the drop down.
Then click Update Campaign
