Once logged into the dashboard click on the Calls Tab.
Click in the “View Call Logs From” area and you will get a calendar drop down, select the month and date that you want to filter your starting and ending results from then click on the filter button.
In the upper left you will see the Record Count, this is the number of calls that appear in your filtered results. Click on the Export Calls button and select CSV to export the call list to your computer. Depending on the amount of calls in the list it may a few moments before are prompted to save the file. Once the box does come up select Save File and click OK.
Note: Depending on what browser you are using you may get a bar at the bottom or top instead of a box. Also depending on your browser settings the file may just save by default without you being prompted, if this is the case check your downloads folder for the file.
