The SPC Debug Report is used to monitor activity on AccuTrack Session and AccuTrack Session Directories campaigns. To access the SPC Debug Report, log into the Mongoose Metrics Dashboard and click on the SPC Debug Report tab.
This report provides the following information:
Publishings: This is how many times a user came to your website and were successfully provisioned a Mongoose tracking number. This is the tracking number that will then be cookied with the user for a specific duration of time.
No Numbers: This is how many times a user came to your website and were not provisioned a Mongoose tracking number. In this scenario, your session pool has depleted and we would suggest contacting your sales rep or customer support to purchase additional numbers.
Number Assigned: If you are using our Auto Grow feature, your session campaigns are pulling their numbers from a shared unassigned pool. As a campaign is depleted, it can provision a number from the unassigned pool and that number will now go into that specific campaign's number rotation. Auto Grow is frequently used when the traffic amongst campaigns is unknown, the campaigns will grow their own pools and additional numbers are then added to the unassigned pool. This saves from estimating volume on an account that has several session campaigns.
If Auto Grow is enabled, each time your campaign provisions a number from the unassigned pool, it will note as an item in the Number Assigned column on the SPC Debug Report.
Note: Auto Grow feature is used with toll free numbers only.
Spam Protection: This indicates that a caller visited the site twice within two minutes and was issued the same phone number (most likely they have cookies disabled in their browser). A caller must clear their cookies and wait two minutes to be issued a different phone number.
Wrong Type: If a campaign is set to track PPC only, we will track the amount of Organic visits that came to your site and did not receive a Mongoose tracking number. You can enable Organic traffic at any time on the Campaign edit screen.
