Clients have the ability to cancel a tracking number from an AccuTrack 1-1 campaign. To do so, first click the Manage Campaigns tab.
Then, on the right side of the screen, click 'Edit' next to the campaign containing the number you wish to cancel.
Then, in the upper right, click the Campaign Options drop down menu,and then select Manage Numbers in this menu.
This will then display the number within this 1-1 campaign. On the right hand part of this screen click the boxes for the number(s) you wish to cancel from this campaign and account. Then click Cancel Selected Trackable Numbers.
The next screen will display the number(s) you have elected to cancel. To complete the cancellation, click the 'Yes, Confirm Cancellation' button.
Note that there is then no charge to keep an empty AccuTrack 1-1 campaign active, but if you wish to have it deleted from your account you will need to have the Mongoose Metrics Support team do this for you as this is not possible directly through the dashboard. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the campaign be deleted from your account.
