A campaign pause will pause number replacement from occurring on the campaign, however if someone calls a tracking number, calls will still connect. You may want to pause a campaign if you are testing and not ready to go live, or do not want number replacement to occur for a duration of time. Pausing a campaign does not pause billing, terminate billing, or remove assigned tracking numbers.
To pause your campaign, select the "Manage Campaigns " tab.
Click the "Edit" link for the campaign you would like to pause.
Click on the Campaign Options heading and select "Pause Campaign" from the drop down. A prompt will appear and click Pause to complete.
When you are ready to resume your campaign click on the Campaign Options heading and select "Resume Campaign" from the drop down. A prompt will appear and click Resume to complete.
