Mongoose Metrics undergoes a rigorous process in blocking and identifying spam calls across campaigns and accounts. All phone numbers undergo a rest period before and after Mongoose Metrics acquire them into our pool of numbers. After a toll-free number is assigned to a campaign, an algorithm determines whether the call is from a spammer based on the frequency and length of calls. Once a number is identified as a spammer, it will be prompted during a call to "press 1 to continue" to filter out automated messages.
Mongoose Metrics allows customers to cancel phone numbers on 1:1 campaigns in the case of a bad number, etc.
Enter your email address and assigned password into the appropriate fields and click "Login"
1.) Click on the tab labeled "Manage Campaigns"
2.) Next to the 1:1 Campaign, click on "Edit"
3.) Next click the "Campaign Options" drop down and select the "Manage Numbers".
4.) Next select the check box next to the number on the right and click the button "Cancel Selected Trackable Numbers"
5.) You will be asked to confirm the cancelation. You confirm by selecting "Yes, Confirm Cancellation". You will receive an email confirmation of cancellation before the phone number is removed.
6.) Once the phone number is removed, a new one can be selected. Click on the tab labeled "Manage Campaigns"
7.) Next to the 1:1 Campaign, click on "Edit"
8.) Next click the "Campaign Options" drop down and select the "Manage Numbers".
9.) Choose "New Toll-free" or "New Local" depending on the type of campaign.
10.) Click the checkbox next to the number to purchase and click the "Request Numbers" button
You have now replaced a tracking number with a new one!
