Enter the email address and assigned password into the appropriate fields and click "Login"
Click on the Data Insights Tab and then Calls:
Once there you will see a column called Recording and if you have recording enabled you will see a play button in this column for each call:
After Clicking on the Red Circle & Arrow, the installed media player will launch and begin playing the call. Download the call recording through the media player at this point to have the ability to attach the recording to an email.
