Mongoose Metrics allows customers to block incoming phone numbers at the account level or campaign level. To block a phone number at the campaign level, follow the instructions at the following knowledge base article: https://mongmetrics.zendesk.com/entries/99228366-Call-Blocking-Filter
To block a phone number at the account level:
After you log into your Mongoose Metrics account, click the Account Details tab/drop down, and then select Profile.
Then on this next screen, click on 'Call blocking'.
This next screen will show you numbers currently blocked across the entire account. To add a new one, click Update.
Here you can then add specific numbers to be blocked across the account, block calls just from U.S. callers (in case you are targeting Canada exclusively), or call from tollfree numbers.
Note with the Specific Area Codes or Numbers, you can also enter partial parts of a phone number. The filter will then block any calls from incoming phone numbers that begin with what you entered for the filter.
If you then wish to remove any specific filter, click Current Filters to go back to the main Call Blocking screen. Then simply click Remove to delete an existing filter from blocking calls across the account.
