Creating a new AccuTrack 1:1 campaign:
After you have logged into your Mongoose Metrics account, click the ‘Create New AccuTrack 1:1 Campaign' button
Fill out the required information: Campaign Name, Tracking Number Type, but most importantly filling out the Destination Number. This number is where our tracking number is told to connect to; this is phone number on your side within your telephone system. The proper syntax of the destination number is just the 10-digits of the phone number, ex. 4405551234. No need to put a 1 at the front, nor any dashes, parentheses, or dots. Click on "Submit" to continue to the inventory screen.
Depending on whether you choose Toll Free USA or Local USA as your Tracking Number Type, you will be brought to the corresponding inventory.
Choosing Procure Local, for local area code numbers, takes you to a request form that you fill out, specifying what area code you prefer and how many. If we have the area code in inventory we will provision it to your campaign that day, otherwise it will need to be ordered which takes 2-4 business days. If it needs to be ordered you will be notified.
The example below is the inventory page for Toll Free USA.
Choose a specific "Area Code" from the drop-down and click the check box next to the number to purchase. Next, click on "Request Toll Free Numbers".
The next page confirms any additional charges, and click on "Confirm Purchase"
Once you have the tracking number and the correct destination number set, any calls to the tracking number will be tracked in your call reports and forwarded to the set destination number. Also note that you can add additional phone numbers to a particular campaign from the Manage Numbers link on your home screen.
