AccuTrack 1:1 Campaigns give users the option to inactivate the tracking number assigned to the campaign. This means that the tracking number is inactive and all calls made to the number will not connect to the destination number. An inactive number will remain inactive until it is activated through the interface.
To deactivate a number, navigate to the "Manage Campaigns" tab and click on the"Edit link next to the 1:1 campaign.
Then click on the "Campaign Option" drop-down menu and select "Manage Numbers".
Click on the hyper-linked tracking number.
Click on "Inactive" and then click on the "Update Trackable Number" button.
