To test a destination number, place a call to the tracking number to ensure it is forwarding correctly. After the call rings several times and/or been answered, Mongoose Metrics logs the call into the Dashboard system. Please wait up to five minutes for the call to appear in the Calls Report.
To view the test call, click the Data Insights tab and then select Calls.
This will then take you to the Calls report.
You should then see your call near the top of this report, showing that the call connected to the destination number.
