Select the "Manage Campaigns" tab.
Click the "edit" link for the campaign you would like to configure this for.
Click on the Campaign Options heading and select "Configure Post Call Email Notification" from the drop down.
This feature allows an email to be sent out after a call has been made to a Mongoose Metrics phone number. This email can be sent to any number of addresses, including CCs and BCC, as well as setting what the subject line will be as you can see in the below example.
Note: An email will only be sent if the phone call duration exceeds the threshold set in the field for "Send Email for Call duration higher than." The default setting is 60 seconds, so by default only calls that are over a minute in length will result in an email being sent out to the emails set in this feature. If you wish to have a call sent out for ALL calls made to numbers in this campaign, set this field to 0 seconds.
