This feature will allow you to control what keywords the AccuTrack Session will dynamically display numbers for. This allows better optimization of the tracking numbers in order to better utilize the Mongoose call tracking service. For example, you may wish to no longer have the Mongoose numbers dynamically showing up for the name of your business as a keyword, a keyword you are likely fully aware of in terms of traffic and calls generated by it. Creating a filter here to prevent the numbers to display for this keyword allows the phone numbers in your pool to be available for other keywords instead, decreasing the likelihood of your pool running out.
Navigate to the "Manage Campaigns" tab located at the top of the user interface.
Click the "Edit" link for the Campaign you wish to use this service for.
Click the "Analytics" drop-own and select either "Create Organic Filter" or "Create PPC Filter"
To create a filter, click on "Create PPC Filter" or "Create Organic Filter" (note the Organic option will be hidden if you do not have Organic tracking activated). Next, decide if you wish to create an Include Filter or and Exclude Filter. An Include filter will cause this campaign to display a Mongoose Metrics tracking phone only for visitors who come in via the keyword you list on this filter. An Exclude filter will prevent specific keywords from receiving a tracking phone number (most clients utilize the Exclude Filter). Then, choose how to enter in the keyword or the filter, either by a CSV upload for large lists of keywords, or the option to manually enter in specific keywords. Choosing the Manual option opens up a field where the keyword can be entered, separated by a new line.
